    Wow the troll busters are being really efficient lately, every time I've clicked a link to join in the thread's already gone!

    Erme thanks for your thoughts, sorry you're going through a hard time now.

    I've had a bad day - I was supposed to be going to the opera and it was touch and go whether I'd feel up to leaving the house. Then dad called and asked me to phone mum's best friend to see if she had a key to mum's house, I asked my sister to but she wouldn't. Phones are a big fear of mine and it took so much out of me that I had to sleep afterwards and now I've missed the opera, but wouldn't have been able to go out anyway.

    Now I'm tempted to order takeaway and have a night in front of the TV, then have another go at getting my sleep pattern back to normal.

    Sorry to moan, but people here understand.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
