New page, new reminder. Welcome to DFW, if you are new please read the message below.:)

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

    What is a Troll?
A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made. If you should get such a comment made on any thread you post, asking for help and advice, please realise this comment is not directed at you personally so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal because the majority of us really are a lovely bunch – ooops, modesty!

What should I do if I get a comment made on my thread?
Firstly do not respond to the comment as this is invariably what the troll wants. So to get rid of the offending post, at the bottom of the post towards the right hand side you’ll see a red "Warning" triangle within a blue “Report” icon, as shown below:
    report00.gif

Click the icon and then "send" the message which will inform the MSE team of the post, who will then review its content and deal with it as appropriate; sometimes even deleting the troll by making their status PPR’d (Posting Privileges Removed). Remember, this site is an asset to so many people, especially those that feels like their world is falling in around them. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people here all willing to help, whatever you do, do not let the comments of one silly individual deter you from availing yourself of the knowledge base that is on offer here.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FORUM

It is testament to the work that Martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time, knowledge and experience freely to others; without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of their debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT

Morning All, looking like another day of good weather, hope Handy's got plenty of shade to work in, and anyone in an office can get out early to enjoy the sun.

Evening all, Handy is knockered again. Its been a very long and Hot day.
I now have to take care working in the borders as this weather has brought the adders out early this year:eek:.

Flash the Black Lab found a Nightingale nest this evening. I hope the mother comes back, terrific clutch of tiny eggs. If she's back tomorrow I will try to get the area fenced of to protect her from Stoats, Badgers and Shadow the Cat.

Kid sis went home today, my dogglies are missing their cousins, still 8 dogs in one cottage no matter how well they get on is still a lot of dog.
Hoover has gone on strike trying to pick up all the hair.:rotfl:

For now Regards to all, Handy.:D

You need a Bosch....will do the job :j....and a pay rise....

Spam gone :) that was quick!

So yeah just checking in. Final bit of painting to crack on with in a mo. Am out of milk :(..however hot cocoa with the milk frother on the espresso machine was fab last night :D....

Handy - re decorating. Edges not perfect otherwise fab :)...forgot to buy a wood grainer tool for the top :( but otherwise it looks good. No roller marks....Just chocolate to sponge on top now and the border to do on South wall. :t. Got bamboo blinds for the windows (old curtains would have done but had them 10 years. Cost £50 to make @ the time. Lined. One window 120cm wide and one 180cm wide :D) which remind me of squalid student flats but didn't like what they had on offer in terms of the roller blinds (couldn't find any with scalloped edges ) though being central you don't exactly have to go far to find these things. One 120cm blind = £12 and one £180 cm blind @ £18...was that a good price to pay? Topped off with shalwar chemise fabric for drapes = £12...

So yeah this is the budget for redecorating my lounge
    • Paint and rollers (2 of each 9" cheap and small cheap"...think £3 ea and £2 ea respectively with trays that are a little flimsy but okay. B& Q on offer = £36
    • Paint (charity shop - old crown . Did the lounge all over one coat...ages ago) -£16
    • Drapes and fabric - £12
    • Blinds £30
    • Scrap of carpet to lay next to my £10 blue off cut = FREE

    TOTAL = £88 :D and I had more than enough paint :)

However...boobs popping out of bra. So I now need a new bra - only got one 6 months ago  (bra's are not cheap if you value your cleavage. I average pay about £20-30 for a decent bra and fitting)...the last one was a 32DD. I fear I may go up a size or two...will report :rotfl:

And Ma is talking of giving me next to no notice when she visits  I have ratties to board :o - not getting the last chap who didn't lift a finger round the flat and barely did anything bar feed and water them :o

Everyone have a great day :)
