Support a cap on cost of debt

I'll probably get pprd for this but oh well...
Stella Creasy is trying to get a bill passed that will limit the overall cost of debt (rather than the interest rate applied to debt)
Plenty of forum members have got into trouble as a result of payday loan companies and Martin has rebuffed people that have been saying that he is anti the bill (although I haven't seen direct support from him so I have no idea if he actively supports all the provisions of the bill)
link to article by Martin (Inc links to more info about the bill): http://blog.moneysavingexpert.com/2011/01/28/dont-tell-mps-im-against-payday-loan-regulation/
The Coalition parties are imposing a whip on their MPs to vote against the bill, although there is support from several Non opposition MPs. If you are on Twitter and support what Stella is trying to do, please get on there and get active.
Stella is @stellacreasy and the hashtag is #vote4credregbill, she is particularly after high profile and celeb retweets but am sure she would be grateful for all support.
I have no links to Stella except that she is my MP and I support what she is trying to do.

Shameless bump to correct that it is the TORY whips that are looking to restrict and to say that Stella is asking for people to email their mps, but if you look at her treats then there are links to letters for you to use.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
