Asda win no show?

Hi Im wondering if anyone can help?
I was notified in november that I had won some books with asda, I was asked to send my details over to them which I did. Then 4 weeks later I got another email asking me to confirm my win as I hadn't responded so I sent an email replying and for good measure phoned them up, to which they said it was fine and a mistake on there part. She said to expect delivery in next couple of weeks.

Approx two weeks ago I contacted them again and they said oh yeah a few people have contacted us were on with it....
Any ideas what to do?:o
