Bank of Scotland Overdraft Charges

Hi, my fiance has just told me he has a £2800 overdraft which he is really struggling to pay back. He is getting charged £2 per day he uses it so the charges alone are in excess of £60 most months.

Any ideas on cutting this down? Or do you think it's possible to arrange the charges to be stopped and pay it back over time?

Thanks.

I have same overdraft , first thing is to get it below 2,500 as then you pay $1 per day rather than 2. I doubt they will stop charges i am just ringing them to reduce it as and when i can. I also think there are super balance transfer cards you can use to move the balance to (hopefully someone more knowledgable will be along soon)
