Fiver, the T&C you have quoted is for the on air Hawaii comp. This is a different comp to win a grand (hopefully )

Re Fiver29's comment, it is the Hawaiian holiday which is a text comp the £1000 prize states that you merely play the game. I have emailed them to ask how we can enter & suggest others do the same as they may be more likely to do something about it if we all report the problem otherwise there's going to be no winner!
