    hoorah, snowyowl! I'm currently enjoying a liitle vodka and diet coke, (well, it is the weekend!) And, I used to live in London, although it was many moons ago!

    My previous addresses were Kingsbury, Wembley, Harrow, Northolt and Enfield (I moved a lot!)...was there for about 17 years give or take a month or two. What bit did you live in...and do you miss it (I do...sorry N.I....but I do...)...

    Cripes, but i REALLY miss London! We first lived in Earl's Court, then Hackney, (for about a month - total dump!) then finally Walworth road for about 1 1/2 years. We finally came home over 8 years ago when I found out I was pregnant with dd. when things are crud, I often daydream about London, no-one cares who you are and where you are from, you can go up the 'west end' and show all your provincial family the sights and buy loads of stuff that wasn't available here!:D I also made good friends there, who I still send Christmas cards to. but I do wonder if I look at London through rose coloured glasses, when I was there I had no responsibilities and not a care in the world, quite different from now!!!;)
