Write to Cap1 stating that there are 2 different DCA's attemting to collect this debt (is it on behalf of Cap1 or has it been sold?). State that you have not received a notice of execution and so do not know who now owns the debt or who payment is to be made to as Cap1 are not accepting payment. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

Hi
George uk
Its been collected on behalf of Cap 1 and not sold on
Its states on their threatograms acting as agents0 -
Then Cap1 should be able to tell you who the agents are. It's against the OFT debt colelction guidelines to have more than one agent collecting a debt at the same time. You could threaten to report them as they are definately in the wrong. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
