I have a CCJ from November 2005 on my credit report, I have not paid anything off this CCJ (not heard anything since it was in court, no demands to pay and i can't even remember who the OC was) its for 158GBP.. as it is on my credit report it is stopping me from getting credit, if i was to pay it how would i find out who i should pay?

Contact the court who issued the CCJ and ask for a copy of the judgement. That will tell you who brought the case to court and the judgement should tell you who to pay.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
