Patterned Tights

I've just noticed that this question appears to be posted twice by me!! I've no idea how this has happened, but I certainly didn't do it on purpose.
If this thread can be deleleted, can someone do this please.
Hello all,
I wonder if you can help
I normally live in various sorts of trousers, and have decided to buy some skirts and tights. I've only ever worn black tights before, either the sheer ones or heavy denier ones.
The skirts I'm thinking off are long fitted skirts or with a little flair at the bottom, hope that makes sense.
To be worn with high heels.
What I'm looking for are nice patterned tights, possibly black but open to other colours as well, and maybe 40 denier upwards.
Although I don't have sensitve skin at all, have you ever found the patterned ones to be uncomfortable in any way.
Just some recommendations would be nice as these rather alot of choice out there
