Hello,
Just to let any one know who has followed this.
The case was settled out of court a few weeks before the hearing.
The settlement was what I had hoped for.
For any one in the same situation, I can say if you are right keep going, and to get as much advise as possible.
But be very aware of some solicitors who charge a lot of money for very little and only seem intrested in stretching it out to line there own pockets.I did come across one, in mansfield.
But i was also lucky enough to find a good one who listened and helped when needed, there are some good ones out there.
ACAS were very good, sensible guidence etc.
But I do have to say a very big thankyou to several members on here, you know who you are, your advise and constructive arguments did help to put things in the right order, along with the occasional lecture from my mum! (ex-CAB) gave me what I consider to be a fair out come.
Thanks; SarEl
Thanks;zzzLazyDaisy
Many thanks for your help in my time of need.
Best wishes.0
