Mail order food supplement company Hellenia have a sale on until the end of March. One of these is 360 Multivitamin & mineral tablets for £5.00. However, they will also give you £1 off for recommending a friend, plus they'll send your friend a free one month supply of multivitamins as well!

Thanks very much for the link, Sharon.

Am I the only one who cannot see what is in these tablets? It's only a good price if you know what they contain!
  • There's another site that does year supplies of vitamins and minerals, cod liver oil, folic acid, ginseng, selenium ACE etc etc
    http://www.ultratrim.co.uk/acatalog/vitaminandherbalsupplements.html
I got mine from there - all arrived the next day. Would recommend to anyone.

Well, as nobody seems concerned as to what is in these tablets, may I present my latest offer?

It is a bag of five pound notes and costs just £30. Any takers?

Yuk - these are vile :)

I suppose the old adage "You get what you pay for" is true here. They smell so bad I had to put them in the skip outside :)

    Oh well, back to Boots!

  • Id go along with Nuuk, there is nothing to say what is in these tablets and very little info on the company apart from 2 customer comments!! And those are about the prompt delivery rather than how the tablets have changed their lives!
Spend 5 quid on some fruit and veg...it tastes better, and as with all vitamin and mineral supplements, be it Boots or Hellenia healthfoods, what your body doesnt use,you just end up weeing and pooing out the other end.

there is a list of the minerals on the side of the pot. for the price its briiliant way to top up what you maybe be missing in your diet. and as for spending the £5 on fruit and veg well that gets spent on a days worth in our house. so its extremely good value. and as for the smell.. well most vits smell like that!!!!
