i wanted to update the people on here who had supported me.
thankyou to the people who pmd also.
ive been to the gp again and they are going to try and fast track the cbt and send me back to the hosp re my medication.
still waiting for the divorce to sort before i can do debt relief order, which is a pain but just have to hang in there.
