Help! Candy bag

I have searched and searched but cannot find the instructions for a little candy/favour bag/box which is sort of triangular, 3 cornered in shape and has ribbled ends! I had it saved on my old computer which has unfortunately died. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Is it one of these, if so they are called sour cream containers.
