I'm not having any problems with the website, the only problem I'm having is finding any bargains in stock:(Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I have been unable to buy anything for the last week.
I can sometimes enter the site, but once I click on a particular page, it crashes.
Very annoying, as I am running out of boxers and need to stock up!!!!

Just had another of my orders with Debenhams cancelled - I had an email saying 'Supplier order in process' decided to call today as I hadn't had an item or update only to be told that the item had been cancelled - why they didn't send an email saying that I really don't know. First times I've ever tried to order from Debenhams and don't think I'll bother in future as they are really frustrating to deal with!
Just to say I had an email through yesterday to say that my order which was cancelled is now available for collection! Debenhams all is forgiven! Hope this happens for more of you :beer:2019 Wins: Feb: £10 Aldi Voucher, Frankie & Benny's meal for 2; May: Game from Maynards. June: 2x tickets to Foodies Festival July: £100 September: £30; October: £1000, Goldfinch Merch Pack
Thanks those who post Comps0 -
Is anyone else having a nightmare with Debenhams cancelling orders that have been processed??
Have placed a few small orders (cardigans, jewellery etc) and have had emails about most of them saying the products were not in stock and I've been refunded for my items! Wish they'd update stock on website - its been a nightmare!0 -

Yes, me too. It all started off very well - I placed a couple of orders for towels - many thanks to the lovely Posters here - they arrived very quickly & I was over the moon with them.
However, it all went downhill after that.
One of the towel orders also included some jewellery, which still hasn't arrived - every time I call they tell me it has been dispatched, but they are not sure by which method???
Then I placed a largish jewellery order which never turned up & over a week later I got the cancellation email - it seems odd every single item was oos!!! The refund was finally activated.
Then I ordered some spotlights, which turned up, but were the wrong lights (although the paperwork was correct).
When I rang I was told they came from another company - 'Litestock' & I needed to contact them to get the items picked up & refunded. It took days to do this - their 'phone just kept ringing & when finally I got through, they seemed pretty disinterested. They did collect the items, but I still haven't had the refund!
Every time I call Debenhams they say it is nothing to do with them as Litestock is a separate company!
Overall, some great bargains & nice quality products, but a very strange way of operating. It seems like they are almost 'drop shipping' - taking the orders, but the deliveries coming from a variety of diffeent sources which they don't seem to have any control over.
I also don't like the fact that they are not fully 'online' operationally - I mean you don't seem to be able to access your Account history online & make changes, track orders etc. I know they send emails - but they seem very ad hoc.
Also, that they take the money before dispatch & then cancel orders. You need to watch the refund situation quite carefully I think.
I'm starting to find it all a bit of a nightmare now & don't think I'll order anything else from them.0 -

I'm thinking the same - definitely going to be dubious about ordering from them again and I am keeping a close eye on my refunds. Had a couple of refunds from them, a few days after taking the money from my account, but for the wrong amounts! Not a good way of operating.0 -
Same here, have yet to have any sale order delivered, take money and then get the email to say sorry not available, this has happened to me 7 times now, to that end I dont order from debenhams online sale, I go instore instead, last week worked to my advantage with the BOGOF on clothes with the 20% off stocked up on work clothes, got 4 tops 2 skirts and 2 trousers, for 35 quid.0

I've had two really annoying orders recently with them.
First was a Xmas toy order - took me three goes at online orders (which were cancelled the day after each time), and three phonecalls to follow it up and eventually reorder before the item was actually sent out. Second was more recent where I ordered some furniture (speedy delivery 4 working days) - ended up being 12 working days or thereabouts, two separate deliveries, three emails and two phonecalls (and they never did get back to me with any information or a resolution). Luckily, eventually, the items turned up.
Will be thinking twice for any other item with all the hassle tbh. Shame really, as there are some great bargains.0
