    Hi again.
(Just deleted my last post because I meant it to go elsewhere!)

As well as taking debt advice, have you had a meeting with a benefit advisor....Don't need to know details of OH but have you looked into DLA (Disability Living Allowance) if it's a long term problem? Housing benefit? Council Tax benefit?
Also, from what you've said of your circumstances have you applied for Working Tax Credit? It's not just for people with children. Any working person is potentially eligible!

Hi, Thank you. We do get WTC, and a small amount of housing and council tax benefits, but Local Authority are a law unto themselves, and as I have a higher turnover than profit (who doesnt?) they use that in their calcs and not HMRC figures. (Dont get me started...They lost hundreds of thousands in Icelandic banks, but would rather waste money on pen pushers than use figures used by the Revenue!)
DLA I dont think we qualify for, but will have another look into it.
Thanks again everyone, its so nice to feel supported and helped by all on here. :A

My wife got a business account with Nat West 12 months post discharge. We wrote a very thorough business case and financial forecast which helped.

I am quite happy just running from an ordinary account, the charges imposed on Business accounts are ridiculous, but that is useful information, thank you. :)
