sort of! we only brought the house last march! and the only deal was with chelt as brokers couldnt get anything better with only a 90% ltv. Yes we paid 1495 for the deal but ive checked and its 4.99 above base for the life of the mortgage but with no get out fee, and with the rates about to go up and with kids etc im looking to fix it to ride the economy problems out, so the rate im currently on its pretty bad if it starts to go up, and i presume once it goes up the fixed rate i have been offered will go up to?0
