Caution received as a minor - will it show on enhanced CRB?

Once you get your copy of the disclosure you will know whether or not it is showing up or not - good luck if it was that long ago and only a caution not a conviction then it may not. Also, are you living in a different location now to where you were when you got the caution? I was told that the police only check the records for each county that is listed in your address history (not sure how far back address history you give, five years I think)so in theory if someone commited a crime in another county years ago and that county was not in their current address history as listed in the disclosure form then it wouldn't show up. Something to do with the national database not being updated properly!

Good point as this would ensure it remained confidential which would be a concern for many people.

My thinking of mentioning it in an interview was because the person has an opportunity to illustrate the insignificance of misdemeanor. I also struggle to be embarrassed by anything in my past (nothing that shows on an enhanced CRB) and happily chat anything in interviews - I'd love to see how inappropriate they are in black and white.
