  • I think the OP's main problem is that they are only supposed to charge the business fuel to the company.

    Yep that's right. That's why it seems almost impossible to accurately track :-(

    Another way to do it would be to always start every business trip with a full tank, then when the trip is over, refill the tank on the company card.

    Bit of a carry on if you do short trips though!

    That could be a possibility actually

    All my trips are more than 200 miles, so it's viable.
