HSBC Tracker no fees

Hi, bit green on this so would appreicate advice.
Like the look of HSBC 1.79% tracker with no fees and no early repayment charge.
At the moment it would be 2.29% and assuming interest rates went up 0.5 - 1.0 % over the next year would still represent decent value.
If it went up markedly am I right in thinking I can just jump ship somewhere else at any moment with no fees??
If so I think it's a good deal but if anyone knows any better I'm all ears. We have 40% deposit.
It has the best APR - is this the key thing to look for?
Anyone know any decent brokers? Mine is getting me 4.0 % aprs - do the fees get included in the APR figure?
As I said, bit of a novice so advice appreciated. Should add looking at a 10 year term.
Thanks in advance

Looks like it.
BUT by the time you get to your tipping point it is likely that the deals you can jump ship into might be higher than they are today.
