Prize not received - next step?

Hi compers

hoping someone can help me. I won a pressure washer back in August/September from All about you website and didnt receive it at the time. They emailed asking for my address and saying it will be sent by that friday. Heard nothing and have sent a few emails since asking about it with no response.
They dont have a facebook page and dont seem to have an appropriate contact on their website regarding comps.

Any advice appreciated as would love the prize to give to my hubby!

I also won a prize with GTK last year and it was very slow to be delviered, I also emailled tessa, as per wookey's post, so hope you get it sorted out, was emailling her in December.

don't hold your breath tho, i'm afraid, cos i won a prize of a french kiss nail hamper and even the pr company involved said they'd send something out to me (as there was a mix up) but nothings arrived and this was september last year!:mad:

anyway you reminded me of my disappointment so i've emailed the pr company to remind them how disappointed i am - so everybody knows now!:T

i've had a reply 'will i send her my address so they can send me one out' so i've sent it!

thanks for replies. I am so bloody stupid!!! ive just reaslied after sending the email to the address above and getting a response that the prize was from All About You and not Good To Know!!
So again, suggestions for contacts are appreciated?!
