First Time Buyer

Hi,

I'm a single 27 year old first time buyer and am currently living with my parents in order to build up my deposit and I'm on £20k a year.

I currently have £26k saved, and would be looking to purchase a property around £110-115k, can anyone suggest a good mortgage currently available which would suit me? Thanks.

when you go to camparison tables--also look at fees/charges

go for a repayment mortgage(no penalties for o/p)

also get a mortgage company where it allows you to look/interest monthly charges/make payments online.

HSBC is excellent--you dont need to hold a bank account with them(£10 a month--which many on-line bank charge)just a mortgage account which i hold
