Can anybody help my day has put £1000 on his credit card for a 3 year deal offering holidays for £135 and filghts extra sounds a right rip off to me.

As he did it in benidorm does spanish law have a 14 day cooling off period as as he paid by his credit card can they do anything about it.

Think this need moving to CREDIT CARD forum.

But IIRC some - not all - credit card firms will investigate dodgy deals outside UK.

Best call them right away & find out what they can do to help.

Certainly, on the face of it, sounds like a not to good a deal.
