İ have 2 mortgages -1 of 30k and the other 25k and by about june i will be in a position to clear the 25k one but this will leave me with a small mortgage which i wonder if it will be ever worth getting any deals on because the fees seem to wipe out any benefits these days---would it be better to look for a long term investment for my money --i am on interest only and very comfortable with my payments(this reason i have saved so much)---hopefully the growth on the investment will pay off the mortgage but i have a second home i own outright if not.
