    We're 'Apprentices' as in a Government scheme to help long term unemployed get a job.

    I thought as much!

    She doesn't want to be there, is only there because she'll lose her benefit and hasn't the slightest wish for a job at the end of it.

    Personally, I'd advise management to get rid and avoid wasting any more time.

    I think I will go with the 'Task Sheets' as it will help me work out what she can/can't do and also it might help some one else in the future.
    One problem with this placement is that they are a small organization who haven't needed to have strategies in place for a lot of the events that are happening and are having to learn/ create strategies as they go along.
    eg I was the second person to do a H&S course (very basic, mainly common sense).
    The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.
