    what a mess...you really need to sort your life out as you have no conscience as far as ripping off financial company's is concerned..The problem is they have outmanoeuvred you and you are now paying the price
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    This is an example of someone who feels ripped off by getting themselves into a DMP.

    Sad perspective OP, all of your debts are still there, even the ones they cannot take you to court for.

    You are not above these people, you have let them all down, none should have trusted you.
