  • Evening all

NSD#10 for me today, double figures at last. Might be able to make another one tomorrow.

Arrived home from yoga to my compensation for my bike accident - unfortunately already ear marked for our trip down under this summer. But nice to receive the cheque. :D Had some more good news DH is doing a job next week nr home, so will be home all week. Just found out that there is budget in the job for his evening meals. The person running the job has said we can use it to buy groceries for the week :j I don't know how much yet but I am sure that it will be more than enough. All in all, a good end to the day.

    Friday tomorrow, woo hoo

    xx

  • Managed to stick to my plan again today, so can declare NSD # 10 :j

I need to return some books to the library tomorrow, so must figure out what time the free works bus goes to town so that I don't have to pay for parking. Then need to keep focussed on just the library & not be tempted to pop into some shops while I am out... ;)

    Hello to:

boultdj - kippers are coming your way:D

elf06 - you’re right, you couldn’t deny DS the packet of seeds, I’m sure he’ll have a lot of fun with it. Hope you both had a lovely day:)

Cheryl - more whoopsies, that was definitely a major haul and some brilliant bargains there. Fingers crossed for an NSD today:)

kdenty - sorry to hear your OH isn’t feeling too good:(, hope he gets some answers from the docs today

Keiss - hope your spendy days aren’t too serious. I think if you put the money aside and only spend that you can count an NSD.

Front page all updated now, see you all tomorrow.

    Yesterday was NSD #8

All I picked up were some potatoes and brocolli (from the A!di Super 6) from the pennies I put aside for spuds and fres veg. Had some of those with some of the Whoopsied carrots, Whoopsied Creamy Pepper Steak Slices and gravy for my tea yesterday..... and will probably have the same again tonight as it was yummy :D
