Laptop

We bought a laptop from argos in october. At christmas the touch pad stopped working. We took it back to argos who said it has to be sent away for a repair( i was not happy with this but accepted it) It took 2 weeks to get it back, my husband switched it on this morning and they same thing has happened again!!

Where do i stand with this? x

I would demand a replacement - speak to the manager as its under guarantee. State that you cannot manage without a laptop for another 2 weeks, they had their chance to repair it - be firm!!

Can you check to see if the touchpad is disabled? It's normally controlled by an icon on your F keys with a rectangle with a pointy hand or pointy mouse arrow.
