Sainsburys useless customer service

I regularly have groceries delivered from Asda and Tesco but decided to give Sainsburys a go because I had a code for free delivery. First they came well before the time slot which annoyed me because it was lucky that I was in. Then I spotted that I'd been charged 10 times for a pack of chicken fillets!!! This meant that my one pack of chicken had cost me £40:eek:
I have had to deal with Tesco and Asda's customer service on several occasions when I have had missing items I have never had a problem; I just tell them what's missing and it's either been redelivered or I've been refunded. However, Sainsburys supposed customer service can't do this. They put me on hold for ages then said they couldn't contact the person at the store so they would get them to phone me back.
Several hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I phoned back and was fobbed off again that they couldn't do it. I was told that I could take my receipt instore to get a refund. Isn't this defeating the whole point of having a home delivery? It's going to cost me almost £4 in bus fares to do this.
Definitely won't be using Sainsburys again for home delivery. Their incompetence and inability to promptly correct their error has really annoyed and disappointed me.
