Chicken Emergency. broken foot?

One of my chickens had a run in with our fast moving border collie and she has been limping all morning, we noticed some blood and had a look and it looked like she had split the skin on the underside of her foot. She is still limping so I have brought her in and have bathed it in salt water. One of the outer toes/claws is more pliable than the same one on the other foot. I think it's broken.
What should/can I do? What is the likely prognosis?
