    I got mine in the post this week (a friend got me a subscription at Christmas) and the eye pencil is in 2 pieces as it wasn't packaged protectively. Has anyone got any idea who I should contact to try and get a replacement??? I sent an email to [EMAIL="hachette@subscription.co.uk"]hachette@subscription.co.uk[/EMAIL] on 1st Feb with a photo of the broken eye pencil (in midnight) but no reply as yet.....

    Is the eyeliner pretty good? Does it stay for a decent amount of time? My black one is almost finished...
