Yep - Thanks Alliz! ... I placed a small order for me and one for my daughter but paid with my Paypal for both so hope that doesn't cause any problems?

I haven't received an order confirmation which is worrying as it said something about doing further checks before the order is processed!

So hope I get them - Got a few of the moisture masks as well!!

Not happy bunny!!!!

Got confirmations but then got an e-mail saying ''order partially delivered'' and of course you can guess which items were missing! ...The masks!!

NOT happy at all as I just bumped the order up with some 70p cotton wool balls! lol

So my cotton wool balls are ready to pick up instore = NO THANKS

Will be ringing them for a refund!!

My sanctuary freebies were cancelled and the order 'part dispatched' as well, I was supposed to collect in store from today but couldn't make it. Such a shame but I guess they worked out the glitch before dispatching, I wonder if the postal/courier delivery got theirs, I hope so.

I picked up my two glitchy orders yesterday, two separate accounts. 1st order 12 x sanctuary facial mask sachets and pack of six sensitives wipes pampers total £3.79 masks shown as free gift on delivery note. Second order 3 x sanctuary stop the clock moisturiser, should be £15.31 each but on offer 3 for 2, plus £3 of all three so got all three for £21.62 so very happy bunny. Thanks so much op great glitch :beer:

I think that when they went ''back in stock'' that they weren't really in stock then!

Its funny how those of us who ordered some when back in stock didn't get ours yet the previous orderers got all theirs..

Either that or like you said they're ONTO it! lol

( It wouldn't be the first time I have ordered something online which is SEEMINGLY ''in stock'' only to get a cancellation e-mail after saying it ISN'T...

Wish they'd keep up to date with their stock levels

I too got my order today (it was ready for collection from wednesday but I've not been well)- got 3 lots of the pink, green and grey sachets plus 3 sachets of natural collection face & hair masks which were £1.01 each but on 3 for 2.
