Rosemary Conley Portion Pots help please

I am determined to shift a few 1lbs, so am cutting back, a mum at school gave me her set of portion pots - great i thought, then looked at the rosemary conley website (assumed one would be for main, one for sweet one for carbohydrate etc) but seems not to be the case . I watched the video so have measured my breakfast juice with the appropriate measure, can anyone shed any more light on these. It would appear that the card that came with them has been thrown out! Many thanks.
I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
