Nope, Banks want to lend - they send costly reps to visit me to see if I (a broker) have any new business I can put thier way.
The issue is over zealous regulation preventing lending, and that also requires Banks build thier cash reserves or the FSA consider them as having too high exposure.
Until the Gov't and media wake up to FSA strangulation, we are walking blind. PS I'm earning more now that it's harder to raise finance so this is not a VI call.0 -
