Welcome Finance and Credit Rating
Options
Hey Folks, This is my first post. Im looking for a bit of advice with regards to Welcome Finance. I took a loan out with them in June 2006. I have had alot of issues with welcome relating to my credit rating, with them constantly putting that I am 3 payments in arrears on my credit file. Now I am 100% up to date and actually have made a couple of extra payments in an effort to get rid of this warning. I have spoken with Welcome over the past 2 years about these issues and they have constantly changed the file to put it back to the right rating. but the end of the month hits, it is updated and wham, back to -3 payments. I have several letters from them stating I am up to date etc. This loan was taken out when i was 17 to buy a car and my dad was guarintor. Now he is flipping the roof that he got declined for a credit card due to this "black mark". He got a credit score from credit expert on the 28th of December and it was 999 with the payments up to date. Now he has a rating of 399 ... Im looking for a bit of advice on what to do next, as i have now exhausted the options with welcome.
Thanks. G
Thanks. G
