Has Anyone Tried Co-Washing?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has anyone tried co-washing (washing hair with conditioner)? If so, what results have you had?

I had good results with this, I used super cheap conditioner with no silicone in it and also normal priced stuff with cones, both gave good results but I found I couldnt sustain it for more than about two weeks without my hair looking a bit dull and a bit itchy also I just got bored of it:oI found it very good for giving my hair a rest when I'd over used products, now I've found a shampoo and conditioner that work well for my hair and I dont use any other styling products I've managed to stretch washing my hair to once a week to every ten days and its one of the best beauty things I've ever done:)
