i recently applied for a pay day loan from quick quid. com, who into recommened a company acompany called loan finder direct. this company rejected my loan application, i fought no more of this until yesterday when i went to the bank and noticed money missing from my account. i went into the branchto get a explanation and they printed me out a statement which showed loan finder direct had taken a service charge of £29.72 even though my loan application was rejected. is this legal?

They are,I believe entitled to keep £5.00 but they must refund the rest - eventually!

They could only have taken money from your account if you gave them your bank account details. Never do that again - these sub-prime brokers will raid your account whether you understand what you signed up to or not.
