Clear all the history and cookies and then restart you pc. Then try it again.

Here's the corrected, checked and tested java script... Just replace the all occurences of "!!" with a{
Press "Shift+[" for the symbol. To help you I've put them in red colour.

copy the whole thing and paste into the address bar (after you have clicked on Sign Up). Overwrite what's already in the address bar with the script above and press enter.
