CapQuest problem...

Did you ever get anything back from the cca?
I'd SAR them as well. You may find that a surprising amount of the balance is made up from illegal charges - once they are taken into account, you may find you owe them nothing at all...
No Chip, I didn't do the CCA as things here derailed me up until last week. Then I took the FOS as the primary route under advice from the CCCS and Hannah on here. The original balance is correct according to my final SkyCard statement prior to default, so I don't think that there are loads of charges I can contest.
I may still do the CCA as they got under my skin but I have to balance it against extra work dealing with people directly again as the CCCS will cease to assist with less than 100% creditors on a DMP.

CCA them anyway, it won't affect what's happening at the mo, but could be good ammo for the future.....;)
Edit.
cca'ing them should cause no probs with the dmp or cccs, it's a request they have to comply with. It's how you decide to use the info you get back....Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -

That's a good point as I don't believe in my heart of hearts that this will run smoothly until the end...whatever that may or may not be.
I do have a warm fuzzy feeling with the way they reacted to the intervention of the FOS though. They appear to have shat their pants, excuse the language.
