Interest-only mortgage from Woolwich : how they rip you off

Hi,
I would just like to second that the woolwich call centre (thinks its being closed down) is useless. I had a mortgage with them and like you mentioned their staff do not have knowledge on their own products. Moved to Yorkshire Building Society and it's amazing the difference. Calls get answered within a minute if not sooner and issue is usually dealt with immediately.
