What's the difference?

What is the difference between these 2 headsets:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluechip-World-BH20BK-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/tech-data/B004ELBPBE/ref=de_a_smtd and http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.208-4682.aspx
I also believe they had something similar in the local Vodafone store, and it was branded as Vodafone BH20.
How can they justify such variations in prices?

They don't have to. It's up to customers whether they buy or not.

No - that would be slapstick. And kwikbreaks' post isn't the slightest bit sarcastic anyway.

Seriously, though, companies only have to justify their prices to their shareholders. When have you ever heard of a company offering a justification for uncompetetive prices?!

I had the BH50 (cos I wanted a headset to connect to 2 phones) and it was rubbish. I ended up taking it back for a refund as the range on it was next to useless. If I had it in my right ear and the phone in my left pocket, all I got was crackle sounds through the headset!

I ended up with a LG headset and it (touch wood!) has been flawless so far. Excellent range and sound quality.

All I would say is you normally get what you pay for with these headsets.

Thanks fitshase. £7 for a rubbish headset is a waste of money. I guess I shall go for a Plantronics or Jabra for a few quid more.
