Asda 12 * Pampers Baby Wipes for £4.57

I went to my local Asdas yesterday and they had these boxes of pampers fragrance free baby wipes. Inside the box are 3 sealed packs of 4 baby wipes so 12 packs in total. The price is £4.57 which works out less than 40p a packet!
When they went through the checkout they wouldn't scan but the person that put them through confirmed that were that price, couldn't believe it when 12 packs of Pampers sensitive were selling for £9

( The sensitive wipes are mentioned as the OP was shocked at the price difference. I had to read it twice and thought the same as you ...lack of sleep! )

Yes sorry the pampers sensitive are 12 for £9 but the pampers fragrance free were 12 for £4.57. Sorry I don't think I worded that very well x

Lucky op! No boxes of fragrance free in my local - in fact the 4 pack is 4.57 so maybe it was a misprice on the box? Great spot tho!

Right i'm back from asda, didn't go for this offer though, went to aldi over the road for my pork chops

pampers sensitive fragranced and non fragranced were £4.57 for a 4 pack

The boxes of 12 both sensitive fragranced and non fragranced were £9 sales assistant on self scan scanned both.
i'd have bought loads if they had come out at £4.57 for a 12 pack.

So i went nextdoor to boots and bought more of the 6 packs of pampers sensitive wipes £3.74 for a 6 pack.

just got them in Caerphilly store - they arent the sensitive ones - they are the green pampers wipes - they were at the back of the store in the baby event section - the boxes dont scan then when they enter the bar code it comes up as 4.57 - in the baby aisle itself a 4 pack is the same price - so its a glitch - the boxes (3x4pack) have the same price bar code as a normal 4 pack.

I think the checkout lady suspected this to be the case - but was going to get some herself on her break LOL

I went in this morning but couldn't find these in my local store. Was looking for some sort of orange box though, not green??!! Wonder whether I should try another store... :think: Really good bargain if I can find them... thanks OP

Also i was sent some vouchers this morning from Asda with £1 off these wipes so £3.57!
Shame i dont get paid till next friday
