Thank you clairehas. Had to log out and back in again and worked for me. Have ordered a key ring. Another cool stocking filler. Woohoo.:santa2:
  • Emailed them because I got the message that I had ordered from them before very quick reply Hope this helps others who have probs

Hi there and thanks for your email.

We have heard of this occurring previously on occasion.

If you return to our website - make sure you are not logged in to your account (sign out first if you are) - then click on "myAccount", log in using your email address and password and create your order again using the promotional code - it should work okay - if not, please do let us know and we would be happy to create the order for you this end - it is likely that someone has ordered from us previously with the same Postcode as you.

I hope that helps and please do let us know if you should need any further help.

    Regards

    David

It is only greedy if they are all for yourself.

Others are benefitting from something they would otherwise have known nothing about by proxy and getting something which will bring them happiness for a long while hopefully.

I have actually only done 2.. a gift for my mother (because she deserves one!) going to her address.. and something for my grandmother (who doesn't know one end of a computer from the other) going to her address... neither would ahev access otherwise... so only I am missing out.

Maybe you have a strange perception of this but I for one cannot see anyone being 'greedy' least of all me, who you were quite obviously referring to.

I think that using a code 8 times as you state you are in your previous post is greed regardless of any excuse made. Same goes for any freebie on this board, in my opinion, which you will not change. But I don't want this thread to turn into a longwinded argument.

    I don't makes 'excuses' I simply explained.

But I used it twice only... so not 8 times (which I didn't say).. I jokingly said 7.. but I could have said 97 or 1007 and that doesn't change the fact it was only used twice for other people. so your comment is totally inflammatory and unnecessary.

8 times for myself would be greedy.. so I am therefore 'excused' because it wasn't used at all for myself. Only once for my 80 year old gran, and once for my mother.

AND.. I do ALL the freebies/offers/vouchers/codes/BOGOF's/cashback/reduced etc for myself and my mother.. because SHE ASKED ME TO!! she could access them herself, but works all day and can't figure out all the boards here... so I help her out by passing on the details of the things she can use herself and signing her up for other stuff.

There was me thinking this site was about sharing these offers etc with other people.. but because someone is 80 and has no access she should be excluded? Or because they have someone else do it for them that is 'wrong'?? Don't tell me you disagree with sharing these offers with others? and that noone here has ever sent on a code or offer to someone off this site because they would be lying, and why else are you here if that is not the case?

and if you weren't intending to make it a 'long winded (extremely boring and petty) argument why did you post??
