Worth saying that its really easy to bone out a duck .... so you can have 2 really good sized breasts and 2 legs . Easier to get in the freezer and cooks quicker and the savings for the whole duck is even better at this price.0

Yes, I usually take the legs, thighs and wings off and freeze for chinese crispy duck or spring rolls at a later date, but I also tend to strain the fat when roasting the rest of the duck and store in a jar for roast potatoes (it will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge), saves spending £2.50 or more on a tiny jar of goose or duck fat.0
