Do Dixons, the electrical people like Currys, still trade in Northern Ireland?
If so where?
If so where?
Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

there are no Dixons 'stores' anywhere anymore. Currys did a rebrand back in april so they are Currys in the high street and Dixons online - presumably to allow them to sell things at two different prices - retail and internet.
Found this on bbc news archive
"Nearly 70 years after the first store opened in Southend, the Dixons name is to disappear from the UK High Street.
Owner DSG International is to rebrand all 190 electrical products stores as Currys.digital and use the Dixons brand for its internet retailing operations. "0 -

As a matter of interest their internet price for a LCD TV I was looking at was £70 cheaper than Currys!Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.0 -
Yes, they are trying to compete with the online retailers like Ebuyer and Amazon. By distancing the two brands and making one purely online, they can get away with two tier pricing, even though ultimately the item probably leaves from the same warehouse, but instead of going to a store goes direct to your home.
PCWorld have two tier pricing - there is one price if you walk into a store, yet if you look online, often it is much cheaper on their site - ironically you can order online, opt to collect in store and save £££'s.0
