I'm very unimpressed with them at the moment. I've been unable to log in to my account since last week and they can't help me via the customer care email link. Now I seem to be stuck with no way of accessing my account. Not good
I got an email about the comp yesterday.
I have always found phoning them gets far better results than emailing them. Only problem is their English often isn't very good:(Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

I'll maybe try ringing tomorrow then. I'm just concerned that suddenly not being able to access my account may mean there's been some kind of fraudulent activity on it.0

Have you tried checking the balance on the phone? Never do it now but when you phoned you put in your pin and it gave you your points balance before asking you what you wanted to do.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

No - I'd forgotten I could do that. This is what happens when we get obsessed by doing everything online - we forget that there once were simpler ways of doing things:o

Yes me too, cannot get logged in. Must be a problem with their site.
Mind you I don't really know why I am bothering with this as I am not doing very well and from what I have been reading it would appear there is a fair bit of cheating going on :mad:The best things in life are free.....0 -

What do you mean? I do find I hardly have time to read the questions, but don't know anything about the cheating...Thanks to those who help us to win !0 -
Well there are 5 questions and the timer starts at 12,000. The very maximum you could get (although neigh on impossible) would be 60,000 points. Some of the scores have been not far off the 60,000 so people are mentioning "robots" being used to cheat. Also it would appear that there are "families" with same name, town etc all with very suspicious high scores.
If you speed read the question by the time you hit submit, a good few thousand are already deducted from your 12000.
I just cannot see how people can get 58000 and 59000 points constantly. The best things in life are free.....0 -

Well, if it's like that then there is no point in wasting my time pressing my fingers against the mouse (which are already very sore and tender!) I think I 'm going to give it a miss! Although I have to confess I love the geography quizzes... But my hand is more important:mad:Thanks to those who help us to win !0 -

No, I couldn't log in either this morning, but they've done that before with other comps, where they don't get it up and running for a day or so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I remember when I looked yesterday that someone from UK was on top of the leader board, maybe that's their way of slowing us Brits down:rotfl:#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0
