gggrrrrrrrrrrr
Ordered my items 21st November.
Got home from work yesterday to find a note from the postman - a letter with not enough postage (5p short).
Went to collect it today - its my earrings. Had to pay £1.05 to post office to get the packet (well, normal envelope with a bump in it!).
Got home, 2 earrings out of 4 are bent.
Straightened them, put them on and they snapped.
Have emailed them. Will post their response when I get one.
EDIT - WOW speedy response....... half an hour later (bear in mind this is 8.45pm!). Very nice about it..... said:
"I will resend your order by recorded post along with a cheque for £5.00 to cover your postage fee and petrol fee in having to collect them 5 miles away."
Maybe I will use them again after all :T2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -
