Self-assessment: Interest from UK Banks etc

Options
I know this might sound silly :o but it's bugging me....
I'm going through my online self-assessment and the box where I have to enter the amount of interest from UK Banks keeps going to zero (0) because the amount it's only 0.76
Do I have to say 'NO' to the question 'Do you receive interest from UK Banks, building society, etc' ? Or I just leave it to 'Yes' and send it anyway even if amount defaults to 0.00?

Yes, but income received is always rounded down and in this case it would not be possible to have paid any tax on £0.00

In my days at HMRC the general rule was "always round in the taxpayer's favour. So, income, round down, deductions, round up.
To the OP I would say that if you think about it, if you answer yes and enter the default zero there is a very, very remote possibility that you will get an Enquiry based on the apparent inconsistency in your Return.
If you answer No and HMRC have information about your interest bearing account they will also know the amount of interest you have received and nobody at HMRC is going to bust a gut over 78p.
Technically it is a lie but just say No..
