Guaranteed Loans

Due to serious car problems i am currently looking for a loan of about £2000. I only need it over a short period.(about 6 months).I could just save in that time but need a car asap for work.

The problem i have is i have a poor credit rating from in the past. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a company that do guaranteed finance for people with such problems.

The internet is full of such companies but i've gone through so many now checking reviews and they all just seem to be con men.

Does anyone know of a legitimate company that could help?

Many Thanks
Steve

With a poor credit history I would give up now mate, as no company is going to lend someone who might have struggled in the past to pay his/her debts off any money.

Guarantee loans no such thing, legitimate loan companies are barclays, tesco, halifax, bos, natwest, santander etc.

Also don't bother writing in loans for bad credit in the google search bar as hundreds of scam loan companies are waiting for the likes of you who are desperate for a loan...(which I see you have already done)

Can you get the car on finance? At least they get to secure the loan on the vehicle so it may be easier to get the credit.

Most car-finance companies still want good credit if you want a good rate, I personally think if he wants a car on finance the only places which take people with bad credit are the likes of carshaft or other car supermarkets.

Try vanquis or cap1 classic but remember the credit limit will probably be around £200.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Provident at £500 (Pay back £800ish)
Vanquis & Capital One at about £200 to £250 each (Approx 40% APR)

    Half way there...

Seriously, it is not worth it....

Buying a cheaper car would be the best solution I can come up with.
  • Hi

Have you a credit union near you? Try them. Normally you have to be saving with them for a while but in some cases they may consider you. Worth a try..
