Urgent help..think Ive done the wrong thing here.

super, that's great.
They dont have a car, and I didn't let them in, daughters doesn't live with us now anyway. Letter just says charges..£194.

Have already written to them (bristow and sutor) stating they (daughter) don't live here and asking them (bailiffs) to leave us alone (their visit upset me greatly).

WIll follow advise and contact herbie but use your example letter in the meantime. But how do I find another member to send them a message?
I can fins user cp and forum search but not members.

Try forum search and search on Herbie21. Find a post she has written and click on her name and then you can send her a pm

Or go to UserCP and about two thirds of the way down the list is send a message, to Herbie21.

And with respect to charges, unless they got in the house previously, then they have probably added an enforcement or van fee of £150.
